--- name: 'property-walkthrough-video' description: 'Smooth real-estate and interior shots: gimbal glide through rooms, golden-hour exteriors and drone reveals.' --- # Property Walkthrough Video Creates a single polished walkthrough or reveal shot for a home, rental, hotel or venue. ## Use it for - Listings and rental pages - Hotel, Airbnb and venue promos - Interior design concepts ## Inputs - Room or property description, or a photo of the space - Optional: time of day, style ## Defaults - Call `generate_video` (text-to-video) unless an image should be the literal first frame, then call `animate_image`. With a room photo, use `animate_image` so the real space stays the same. - Aspect ratio 16:9 (9:16 for Reels). - One continuous, slow camera move. ## Prompt recipe `Real estate video, [room/exterior description with materials and furniture], camera [glides forward through the doorway / slow pan left to right / drone rises to reveal], [natural light from large windows / golden hour / blue hour exterior lights on], wide 16mm lens, stabilized gimbal motion, bright, clean and inviting` ## Example prompt ```text Real estate video, a bright open-plan living room with white oak floors, a linen sofa and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the sea, camera glides slowly forward from the hallway into the room, soft afternoon light, wide 16mm lens, stabilized gimbal motion, bright, clean and inviting ``` ## Variations to offer - Dusk exterior with lights on - Drone reveal of the whole property - A virtual staging still of an empty room ## Avoid - Changing the layout of a real property shown in a photo (that would mislead buyers) - Fisheye distortion ## Working rules - Reply in the user's language; write the generation prompt itself in English. - Ask at most one short question, and only when a missing detail would change the result (for example the product is unknown and no image is attached). Otherwise use the defaults in this skill and go. - Keep one generation call per requested output. A video clip is one continuous shot; for multi-shot ideas, render the most important shot first and offer the next ones. - Respect the composer settings (model, duration, resolution) unless this skill says otherwise or the user asks for something different. - Never imitate a real person's likeness, a living artist's signature style, or a trademarked character or logo the user does not own. Swap them for an original description. - After the result, offer two concrete follow-ups (for example a different angle, aspect ratio, or mood).
