Man freezes time in plaza

Create a cinematic, photorealistic scene in a European plaza with a stone fountain and outdoor café. A man in a dark suit snaps his fingers, freezing time as a huge fountain spray hangs motionless in the air. He calmly walks through the water, takes a wine glass from a frozen waiter, catches droplets inside, adds lemon, and adjusts a patio umbrella. He tilts the umbrella, snaps his fingers again, and time resumes—the water sparkles in sunlight, creating a spectacular full rainbow over the café as everyone reacts in amazement. He sips the drink, looks into the camera, and says in Russian
