How refunds, cancellations and billing errors are handled for Oraclip (oraclip.com) subscriptions and credit top-ups.

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Oraclip at https://oraclip.com: monthly and yearly subscriptions and one-time credit top-ups. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Oraclip is operated by Xhorizon Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Oraclip", "we", "us" or "our"). Oraclip is a digital service, and credits are delivered to your account as soon as a payment succeeds.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan and the credits already granted stay available until the end of the current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.
Because credits can be used immediately, payments are generally non-refundable. We still review every request individually and will usually approve one when:
One-time credit packs can be bought with or without a subscription and are valid for 365 days from purchase; the same review rules above apply to them.
Credits that have already been used to generate images or videos are not refundable. Refunded credits are removed from your account.
Email contact@oraclip.com or open a support ticket from your dashboard within 14 days of the charge. Include the email address of your Oraclip account and the order number from your receipt. We reply within 3 business days.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (card, PayPal, or other method used at checkout). Depending on your bank or payment provider, a refund usually appears within 5–10 business days. You will receive a refund confirmation email from us.
If something looks wrong with a charge, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a dispute with your bank or PayPal. Accounts with an open chargeback may be suspended until the dispute is resolved.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. Changes do not affect refunds for payments made before the change.
