What we can help with
- Account and sign-in — trouble signing in, email verification or deleting your account.
- Billing — subscriptions, credit top-ups, invoices, cancellations and refunds.
- Renders — a video or image that failed, came out wrong or used more credits than expected. Failed renders are refunded automatically; if something looks off, tell us.
- Partnerships and press — collaborations, creator programs and media enquiries.
